The plot of Polladhavan is VERY loosely based on The Bicycle Thief. Of course that’s not the reason they have been cited here. A single shot (a fantastic one though) from the climax has been jeroxed from Snatch. Instead of Brad Pitt flying back, it’s Balaji Daniel here.

Prakash Raj mouths of a lengthy monologue that is a key part of the movie. He makes such a compelling , we are bound to be moved by the talented scriptwriter behind it. OK, everyone except for people who’ve watched Scarface Tony Montana!
